Nice little book with a lot of outdated information. It recommends both surgical and homemade masks, which are said to be effective against the transmission of viruses. This claim is not further explained in any logical way, or substantiated with references to scientific studies. We'll just have to take the man at his word...
This booklet is worthless for research into the pros and cons of face masks.
